Where are your products made/ where do you source them from?
All products are either designed or remodelled by myself instore.

To create my products I source vintage fabrics, jewellery, accessories and objets d'art from all over the UK.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship standard packages all over the world.

Is payment on your website secure?
Absolutely, we take great measures to make sure it is.

If I place an order today, when can I expect to receive it?
You will receive your order within 10 working days.

Are receipts sent with purchases?
Yes.

Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, when you place an order you will be given the opportunity to choose a delivery address which is different from your billing address.

How will I know you’ve received my order?
You will receive a notification email.

Can I contact you by telephone?
Yes, please contact us at our boutique on 0141 332 1779. Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 12 - 5pm.

Can I return a product, exchange or get a refund? / What is your policy regarding returns and refunds?

What is the last delivery day before Christmas?
The last delivery date will differ from year to year, depending on which day Christmas falls but is generally a fortnight before to avoid disappointment. Please contact us for a more accurate date.
