Shipping and Delivery

We offer free P&P on orders over £100. Orders under £100 cost just £4.95, irrespective of how many items you order or the size of the package. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 24-hour Special Delivery for qualifying UK areas, or a similar service for remote areas. Packages will require a signature on delivery.

Item Availability



All of our remodelled vintage jewellery pieces are unique and one off. Our clothing items are one off or limited edition. If I have enough of the fabric left a garment can be made in your size for an extre cost.  Any delays over a day or two will be notified to you by email and you will be able to cancel the order if necessary. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us on 0141 332 1779. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@stagboutique.co.uk before placing an order and we will check the current availability of any given item.  

While all of our items are readily available, occasionally there may be delays, especially at the Christmas period. One of our staff will email you within one working day should the estimated delivery time be delayed by more than a day or two, and we will proceed with the order as normal or cancel and refund all money should you wish to do so. We believe in good customer service and will always keep you informed.



Delivery Times



Items are always dispatched the same or next working day. Items, however, are not dispatched on Sundays or Mondays. 
We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, but if you are in urgent need of an item or need it for a specific day, please email us on info@stagboutique.co.uk and we will do our best to meet your requirements.



Returns Policy



Our returns policy is governed by our Terms and Conditions. You can return items in their original condition within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s) for a replacement or a full refund less the P&P costs that you paid (i.e. nothing if the item was over £100) and/or gift wrapping costs. 
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings or sets containing pierced earrings are non-returnable. Personalised items are also non-returnable.
  Should you wish to return an item, please securely re-package the item to minimise the risk of damage in the post. We would also appreciate it if you would email us on info@stagboutique.co.uk to let us know to expect the item, so that we can process the refund promptly. Proof of posting should be obtained when returning an item.
 All items should be returned to: Stag Boutique, 269 Maryhill Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G20 7YA. We will refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible, normally the same day that we receive the item. One of our staff will email you to keep you informed as to the status of the return.
